About Me

About Me

Hi, I’m Gabrielle Moskovitz, LMSW, a therapist specializing in maternal mental health and women’s emotional well-being. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for women navigating the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

Motherhood can be beautiful — and also deeply challenging. Many women find themselves feeling anxious, irritable, overwhelmed, or unlike themselves. You don’t have to navigate those feelings alone. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, understand how motherhood has shifted your sense of self, and help you reconnect to calm, confidence, and balance.

My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and real — rooted in evidence-based practices and grounded in the realities of modern motherhood. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, struggling with postpartum anxiety or depression, or simply longing to feel more like you again, therapy can help you find your footing and feel supported through it all.

I offer virtual sessions for clients across NJ & NY and a safe space to slow down, process, and rebuild from a place of self-compassion.

You deserve care, too.

Education & Experience

I am a licensed social worker in New York and New Jersey. I earned my Master of Social
Work from Fordham University and graduated cum laude, after completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology from New York University.

I am also in the process of pursuing my PMHC from Postpartum Support International.

Fun fact: I volunteered as a crisis text counselor for 8 years before becoming a therapist.
